  • Proof of payment/receipt
  • A clear picture of the damaged or missing item/package

Upon receiving your package, we kindly request that you take a video to document its condition on the same day of receipt, especially if there are any visible damages or missing items. This will help expedite the replacement process.

Please note that we do not entertain cancellations once an order has been placed. However, we are fully prepared to address any issues with your purchase to ensure your satisfaction.

Kindly be advised that we can only accept reports of damage or missing items within 48 hours of receipt. Regrettably, any reports submitted beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
